HDB Resale Prices Up 2.9% In Q4, 4.8% For Entire 2020
SG’s communal property sector concluded the year at a desirable mark, with HDB RPI enhancing 2.9percent quart-on-quart in the 4th quarter of 2K20, presented HDB display valuation announced on 4January21.
For the whole of 2K20, resale home asking prices moved up almost 5 percentage.
