864 Households Applied For HDB Loan Deferments From April To August 2020: MND
The Housing and Development Board has facilitated about 2,500 families with their Housing and Development Board loan charges starting Apr to August 2020, disclosed the Ministry of National Development in Parliament on 14 Oct 20.
Of these, 864 families preferred to defer their loan expenses, whereas 277 minimized their funding charges.
Ministry of National Development did the declaration in reply to MP Ng Ling Ling, that queried on how many ask for deferments of HDB credit settlement were been given by Housing and Development Board from the beginning of the CB period of time as well as the ratio of the endorsed inquiries.
“Housing and Development Board arranges personal financing guidance to citizens seeking aid with their Housing and Development Board property loan monthly payments to have knowledge of their commitments, and recognise effective means to facilitate them,” reported MND.
